accountingsystems.co.uk reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and it is your responsibility to read them.
Unless otherwise agreed the terms and conditions for classroom training are as follows:
PAYMENT
1 Payment is due at the point of booking to ensure your place is reserved.
2 BACS (internet banking), cheque or card (over the phone or via SagePay PayNow) are acceptable methods of payment.
3 Please note we require cleared funds before we guarantee you your requested training date(s).
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING CHARGES
1. Cancellation charges are as follows:
1.1 If notification is received 28 working days or more in advance of the scheduled date of the course, 50% of the fee already paid will be refunded. If unpaid 50% of the invoice value will be due for payment.
1.2 In respect of notifications of cancellation received less than 28 working days in advance of the scheduled date of the course, there can be no refund. If unpaid 100% of the invoice value will be due for payment.
2. Rescheduling charges are as follows:
2.1 For rescheduling requests received 28 working days or more in advance of the scheduled date of the course, there is no rescheduling charge.
2.2 For notification given between 14 and 27 working days inclusive before the course date, a charge of £50 (+ VAT) per course will be charged to reschedule.
2.3 For requests to reschedule received less than 14 working days before the course date, a charge of £60 (+ VAT) per course will be charged to reschedule.
3. Non-attendance
3.1 In the event of non-attendance where payment has been received, there shall be no refund and in the event of non-attendance where the fee has not been received, the fee will remain due and payable.
